Purpose

Opina365 provides tools for configuring surveys, collecting feedback, analysing results, managing consented contacts and exporting data.

Account and security

The customer is responsible for keeping users and roles up to date, protecting credentials and reporting incidents. Bypassing limits or testing other tenants is not allowed.

Subscription

Plans, prices, taxes, trial and renewal are shown before checkout. Valid status comes from processed Stripe events, not solely from a browser redirect.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used for spam, unlawful content, misleading collection, excessive data or individual employee assessment outside the agreed scope.

Data and exports

The organisation remains responsible for the legal basis and displayed wording. It may export its data within the plan's limits and permissions.

Availability

The platform aims to provide proportionate continuity and recovery, but external services and maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
